Indigo Naturalis ( 青黛 Qing dai)Blaues Wunder aus dem traditionellen chinesischen Kräutergarten
Indigo naturalis wird seit langem in der traditionellen chinesischen Medizin eingesetzt, um Entgiftung zu beseitigen, Blut zu kühlen, um Blutungen zu stoppen, Leber zu reinigen, Feuer zu löschen, Geschwüre[1] , Ekzeme, Furunkel, Hautentzündungen und andere Krankheiten zu behandeln. [2] [3]
die Wirkung von Indigo naturalis bei Psoriasis[4] [5] [6] , eine entzündungshemmende [7], antibakterielle [8] Wirkung und dass Indigo naturalis die Wucherung von Hautzellen hemmt. [9]
Die Inhaltsstoffe von Indigo Naturalis verringern das Entstehen von Plaques und Entzündungen bei Psoriasis. Untersuchungen fanden heraus, dass es nicht die einzelnen isolierten Inhaltsstoffe sind, die die Verbesserung der Haut bewirken, sondern das Zusammenwirken aller. [10] [11]
Durch die Behandlung von Psoriasis mit dem Indigo naturalis Balsam sind nach 2 Monaten alle Hautveränderungen verschwunden und länger als 2 Jahre danach sind keine Beschwerden mehr aufgetreten. [12]
In einer chinesischen Studie wurde nach acht Wochen Behandlung von mittelschwerer Psoriasis mit Indigo naturalis bei mehr als der Hälfte der Patienten eine Verbesserung um 75 % festgestellt. [13]
Indigo naturalis wirkt auch bei der schwieriger zu behandelnden Nagelpsoriasis. [14] [15] [16]
